Took my parents to red lobster to celebrate my dad’s birthday. We had a great experience. The food was great. Good portions & well seasoned. I had the lobster, salmon & shrimp meal & definitely enjoyed it. Our server Rob was so great! He was attentive & addressed whatever requests we had. He even helped my mom pick the best option for her meal. I was definitely pleased with the meal & service! We’ll definitely be back!

Jalen and Alisha were so amazing .. they greeted us when we came in and got our food faster than I ever got it in any order restaurant.. they displayed world class service… you are lucky to have them on your staff ..it was a delight to have them serve us .. I would hire them in a second…they deserve a raise Thank you for having such an amazing human beings on your staff

Service here was great. Our servers name was Alisha and she was very attentive. As soon as my drink was low, she automatically refilled it. Food needed a little more seasoning but over all delicious as always

Waitress was attentive and pleasant. Her name is Shaunti. My husband ordered the endless soup salad and biscuits. He thought the clam chowder lacked clams and he thought the lobster bisque too much curry and no lobster. He did not care for the coleslaw, but the salad was good I ordered the lunch portion of coconut shrimp. It was delicious.

Laila was amazing she was extremely courteous and accommodating. As soon as we sat down she showed up with those delicious biscuits. It was a very warm gesture. Great experience because of her.

Alisha J provided us exceptional service. She was well versed in the Menu and the Lobster fest Dishes aswell. The food came out Hot and Fresh . Her attentiveness was exquisite!! She did not miss a beat!!! Overall the service was a 10. We will definitely be coming back.
